1. We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order and the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout (as updated in the order confirmation). Items will be dispatched to you within 10 days upon receiving your order.
2. We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date due to uncontrollable condition, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
3. Upon delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for delivery. You may contact ARTNATURE Singapore Pte. Ltd. at +65-9678-0732 or firstname.lastname@example.org in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the Product, upon request.
4. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
5. We deliver in our standard packaging.
6. Delivery is provided within Singapore only.
7. All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Product. Any breach of obligations by you, might impact your ability to shop on ARTNATURE Singapore Pte. Ltd in the future.
8. If you are unable to accept the delivery, we may leave a message giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
Please provide your contact information to the delivery carrier when you arrange the schedule to ensure your order arrives in a timely order. And there may be an additional $30 for re-delivery.
9. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
(a) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
No more changes or cancellation will be entertained. We take great pride in ensuring that our products are of great quality and condition.
For the purpose of these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Customer: Any person who has agreed to these rules and who accesses ARTNATURE Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Site: The website of the mall operated by ARTNATURE Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Services: The services provided by ARTNATURE Singapore Pte. Ltd. to customers through the site as described below. Services will be updated from time to time at ARTNATURE Singapore Pte. Ltd.’s discretion.
Transaction: Any activity undertaken by a customer through the site such as online shopping.
Member Data: The information provided by user as well as historical data regarding transactions.
ARTNATURE Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or remove services, in whole or in part, solely at its discretion.
ARTNATURE Singapore Pte. Ltd. may revise any or all of these rules at any time. When a revision or addition is made to these terms and conditions, such revisions or additions will become effective once they are displayed on the site. Customer agrees to comply with all revised and additional regulations.
